Refund policy

In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, do email us at customerservice@covetcrystals.com to initiate a return or to inform us of any issue within 3 working days.


The time frame will be based on the date of receiving the delivery. 
Items must be returned to us within
- 7 days for local deliveries
-14 days for international deliveries.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition & packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, a discount code with store credits will be emailed to you.

Kindly ensure that the items are
-properly packed
-protected to prevent damage
-trackable for return postage.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage of the return package.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
