The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as the 3^rd Chakra is located in the solar plexus. This is where our personal power, confidence and identity reside.

When the Solar Plexus Chakra is in balance, we will feel wisdom, courage, decisiveness and empowerment. When it is overactive, we will be impatient, quick to anger and lack compassion. There will also be the need to over control and micromanage.

When this chakra is underactive, we will feel robbed of our personal power, timid, insecure and indecisive. There may also be health issues such as indigestion and problems with the liver, kidney and pancreas.

Crystals are often used in crystal healing therapies to help balance the chakras.

The colors that represent the Solar Plexus Chakra are usually yellow and amber. The crystals that can be used to balance this chakra are Fire Agate, Carnelian, Citrine, Mookaite Jasper, Nuumite, Gold Sheen Obsidian and Onyx
