The Crown Chakra, also known as the 7^th Chakra, is described as a connection with one’s consciousness and a universal energy. It is located at the top of the eyes and radiates down to the eyes and above the head. A balanced Crown Chakra is associated with being connected on a spiritual level and in tune with the universe, yet not feel like we do not belong to this world. When the Crown Chakra is overactive, we may feel like we are out of touch with reality.

An underactive Chakra is not necessarily a bad thing; it just feels human, without being in touch with our spiritual side. There are also no real ailments associated with the Crown Chakra.

However, if you would like to enhance this chakra, the colours associated with it are violet and white. The crystals that are used to open the Crown Chakra are Amethyst, Angelite, Dumortierite, Hypersthene and Blue Kyanite.
